Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning how to dance in the rain.

Judith Russell Psychology

In this modern world full of all sorts of challenges and opportunities, seeking professional help can be a way forward for those who want to grow in confidence and well-being. I am here to help if you are needing someone to talk to and process life situations with.

My services include working towards establishing a good therapeutic relationship while providing assessment and evidence-based therapy to help a range of clients (young adults and adults) deal more effectively with mental health concerns and other life issues or difficulties.

I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT) including more recently developed acceptance and mindfulness-based models of CBT such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).  I also have experience in Dialectical Behavioural therapy (DBT), Incredible Years Parenting programmes and family therapy.

I work with people experiencing concerns such as:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • O.C.D

  • Stress

  • Anger

  • Eating issues

  • Low self esteem

  • Chronic illness

  • Loss and grief

  • ADHD/ADD

  • Sleep disturbance

  • Burnout and workplace stress

If you – or is someone close to you – is going through a difficult time it could be time to talk to someone who can provide professional support.
